1. Your responsibility for what you post
You are responsible for the content you submit to TenantTea. By posting a review, you represent that it is truthful to the best of your knowledge and reflects your own firsthand experience.
2. User-generated content
TenantTea hosts user-generated content and does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of any individual review. Ratings and aggregates are based solely on what reviewers report.
3. Our moderation rights
We reserve the right to review, edit, remove, or refuse to publish any content that violates our Review Guidelines, appears false or abusive, or includes private information or prohibited content.
4. Disputes about reviews
If you believe a review is inaccurate or violates our guidelines, use the flag process on the review. We review flags in good faith and may take action, request changes, or leave the review live if it complies with our rules.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
