TenantTea is built around addresses, not listings. Every review, cost report, and public record hangs off a canonical property so you can look up any place and see everything renters have said about it.
Reviewers are verified, not exposed.
To submit a review, we verify that you actually lived at the address. We never publish names, emails, or anything that could identify you.
Structured data over stories.
Ratings, dollar amounts, and yes/no answers are the product. Free-text comments are optional color, not the point.
We work for renters.
Landlords cannot pay to remove reviews or claim a property. There is no landlord dashboard.
